The Amadeus webserver is constantly online and it is virtually impossible that it is down. Try the following to reestablish connection:

  2. If you entered the URL manually, make sure it matches the URL exactly. Check for spelling, punctuation, and capitalization errors.

  3. Too many people may be trying to access the server at the same time. Wait for a moment and click on the "Reload" button to try again.

  4. Try connecting to other Web sites. If you cannot connect to other sites, you might be experiencing a problem with your connection or your computer, in this case contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Which browser works best with amadeus.net?

The amadeus.net site is best viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or higher. We no longer support Netscape or other browsers. Furthermore, you need a minimum screen resolution of 800x600 and settings for small fonts.

To check which screen resolution you are using, do the following
