Transfer Between Terminals: The two terminals are linked by a covered pedestrian walkway.

Eating and drinking: The airport has restaurants, coffee shops, snack bars and bars in both terminals. Shopping: There are shops in both terminals; duty-free is available in Terminal 1. Other facilities: A paramedic service is available in the case of an emergency.

Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Fox, Hertz, National and Thrifty are represented. Shuttles provide transport from the terminals to the rental car centre and there are telephones in the Arrivals areas of both terminals to arrange transport.

From I-880 North or South, follow the exit signs on 98th Avenue or Hegenberger Road to the airport entrance. 98th Avenue is the main airport entrance.

Rail: AC Transit's line no.58 bus connects the Amtrak Station at Jack London Square to Oakland International Airport. Road: Taxi: Taxis are readily available from Veteran's Cab and Friendly Cab; regional shuttle services are also available to most destinations, including scheduled and door-to-door services. Bus: AirBART and AC Transit (website: www.actransit.org) buses run between the airport and the BART Oakland Coliseum rail station, for connections to BART services.
